1. All Sales are Final

• Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different product.

• We encourage all riders to cross-verify compatibility before completing a purchase.

• Items sold as “Exclusives” or during promotional sales are strictly ineligible for any return or refund.

2. Why We Have This Policy

• Technical Integrity: To ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot restock or resell technical parts once they have left our controlled environment.

• Quality Assurance: This policy ensures that every product you receive from Motoreez is 100% factory-new and has never been previously installed or tampered with.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

While we do not accept standard returns, we stand by the quality of our service.

• If you receive an item that is physically damaged upon arrival or is completely different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide clear photos of the unopened packaging and the incorrect/damaged item.

• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct item at no additional cost to you.

4. Pre-Order Cancellations

• Orders for items currently in stock are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once shipped.

• For specialized or out-of-stock items, please contact our support team immediately if you need to make a change before the shipping label is generated.
